Open-plan kitchen & boot room — Isle of Wight

The challenge

The kitchen felt dated and the transition into the boot room/laundry lacked flow. The downstairs toilet also felt disconnected from the rest of the space and needed to work better for everyday family life.

The transformation

The kitchen was redesigned to work more effectively, with a boot room/laundry added to support the needs of the family and their pet. The downstairs toilet was transformed into a shower room, with the layout reconfigured to improve flow.

After

After: redesigned kitchen with streamlined cabinetry, black quartz worktops and improved layout in an Isle of Wight home.
After: redesigned boot room and laundry with fitted storage, worktop and improved flow through to the kitchen.
After: contemporary downstairs shower room with grey tiling, black heated towel rail and streamlined fittings.

The result is a more practical, connected space that functions better, flows more naturally and supports the way the family lives every day.
