Design Direction Consultation

A clear plan for your space and a confident way forward

You may already have ideas, inspiration or a sense of how you want your space to feel but bringing everything together in a way that works can feel overwhelming.

This is where clear direction makes all the difference.

The Design Direction Consultation helps you refine your ideas, resolve what isn’t working and make confident design decisions, bringing everything together into a space that feels right, functions well and flows naturally.

~ Feel clearer about your space

   ~ Make decisions with confidence

 ~ Move forward without second-guessing

WHAT WE COVER

We’ll look at your space as a whole, bringing together how you want it to feel, how it needs to function and the overall design direction.

Together, we’ll work through:

  • how you use the space and what isn’t currently working

  • layout, furniture placement and flow

  • colour, materials and finishes

  • furniture, lighting and key design elements

  • how your existing pieces can work with new additions

  • the overall look and feel, so everything works together

WHAT TO EXPECT

This is a collaborative process, designed to turn your ideas into a clear direction for your space. We’ll talk through what you already have in mind, explore what’s working and what needs resolving and consider the options together.

I’ll help you narrow down the choices and make confident decisions, creating a direction that feels right for you and the way you live.

You don’t need to have all the answers before we start. That’s what the consultation is there to help you find.

WHAT’S INCLUDED

Your Design Direction Consultation is tailored to your project so the level of support will depend on what you need.

This may include:

  • Concept & Direction Board: defining the overall look, feel, colour and design direction

  • 2D Spatial Layout: showing furniture placement and how the space can work more effectively

  • Furniture & Finishes Guidance: recommendations for key pieces, materials, colours and finishes

  • Design Walkthrough: talking you through the recommendations and how to put them into practice

You’ll have a clear design direction and the practical guidance you need to move forward with the project yourself, if you choose to.
